How do you ensure the products arrive safely?
Each DC fast charger is protected with shockproof and waterproof packaging, and securely placed inside a customized, sturdy wooden crate for ultimate protection during sea or land freight.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment via T/T.
What is the typical lead time?
The standard production lead time is 25-40 days after order confirmation. Expedited production can be arranged for urgent projects.
Do you support product customization (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services, including custom colors, logos, and branding, as well as hardware/software tailoring based on project specs.
