What are the warranty terms for your charging stations?
We provide a two-year warranty for the entire machine. During this period, we cover the transportation costs for hardware replacements in case of failure. Our software includes a lifetime warranty with remote technical support.
What payment and trade terms do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including T/T, PayPal, Credit Card, and Bank Transfers. Trade terms include EXW, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP.
