How long is the warranty?
The warranty for our products is 12 months upon the receipt of your shipment under normal circumstances.
Can you provide customized services?

Can this charger charge all electric vehicles on the road?
Yes, our EV chargers work with all electric vehicles. Note that Tesla vehicles require a J1772 to Tesla adapter to work with our systems.
Does the charger need an app or internet connection?
We offer both standalone models (using RFID cards or plug-and-play) and Wi-Fi connected models that work with Apps and any OCPP 1.6j application.
